As a Senior Manager, Sales Operations, You Will

  • Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes for bookings and revenue. Partner with global sales leadership to provide insights on risks, opportunities, strategic issues, and assumptions.
  • Lead the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial goals. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze sales performance data to provide insights and recommendations. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Manage the global revenue reporting process. Provide analysis on historical and projected business performance to support effective decision-making, engaging with stakeholders to ensure relevant business drivers are modeled to capture product and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for various reporting cadences (daily, weekly, monthly) to track revenue funnel metrics. Understand and explain variances for reference in monthly and quarterly executive reviews.
  • Collaborate on the structure, cadence, timing, data hierarchies, and core processes for Sales Operations, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain commission models and compensation-related processes.
  • Work closely with Product, Data Analytics, and Pricing teams on data strategy and reporting hierarchies, ensuring alignment on definitions and KPIs.
  • Drive automation and process efficiency in sales operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales operations team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.

What YOU Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales operations or related fields.
  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in the software/high-tech industry with a global scope, including omni-channel models, 2-tier distribution, and e-commerce channels.
  • Advanced skills in Excel modeling (pivot tables, complex formulas, advanced lookup and reference functions) and multi-file model links (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Proficient in relational databases and SQL scripting (joins, pivoting, aggregates).
  • Experience with ERP and business analytics technologies, such as NetSuite and Looker (cross-tabs, visualization, custom formulas, fields, multi-source data reporting, and analysis).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to establish effective working relationships and collaborate with senior internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Curiosity about information flows and data relationships, with a knack for solving complex puzzles and explaining solutions clearly.
  • Ability to independently identify issues, articulate findings, and drive solutions.
