Senior Manager Program Management

The Senior Manager, Program Manager is the leader of the Industrialization program managers and key position that is driving the evolution of our client. You will have a significant role in growing the North American business as they focus on growth and expansion. You will collaborate with the company’s business leaders and Automotive OEMs to launch new products to market.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of industrialization program managers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
• Utilize strong financial acumen to manage project budgets, analyse financial reports, and make data-driven decisions
• Responsible for Project P&L for the assigned portfolio
• Accountable for all aspects of schedule, budget, cost, and scope for assigned products, pro-actively manage changes against defined baseline
• Accountable for successful product launches in North America

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• 10 years automotive experience
• 3+ years of managing and leading teams
• Experience managing systems with electronics components
• Expert new product introduction, Program Management knowledge
