Senior Manager Program Management

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in leading large-scale projects and programs with proven results within Life Sciences industry
• Demonstrated program management expertise with the ability to integrate and implement solutions within strategic project(s) lifecycle
• PMP Certification
• Bachelors Degree in health sciences and/or business or financial management
• Ability for 25-30% travel domestic or global

Job Summary:

The Senior Program Manager oversees various global operations programs and projects. These include tasks like mergers and acquisitions, process improvements, capacity planning, and business continuity. They ensure that projects stay on track, meet quality standards, and align with strategic goals. This role requires expertise in program management and cross-functional collaboration. Progression to this level is based on business needs.

• Plan and execute strategic initiatives: Design, plan, and execute large-scale global operations programs. These could involve new products, revenue growth, geographic expansion, and process improvements.
• Develop integrated program plans: Create plans that align with the overall strategy and define clear paths for achieving results.
• Allocate resources: Negotiate resource allocation to support the endorsed program plan.
• Monitor progress: Keep track of progress against the approved schedule and budget.
• Manage risks: Prepare and maintain an integrated risk management plan.
• Effective communication: Ensure timely and accurate communication of program information.
• Cross-functional efficiency: Identify and maximize process efficiencies across functions.
• Leadership and training: Provide influential leadership and skills development for successful program management.
• Global flexibility: Be open to working across different time zones due to international elements in the program
