Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Supervision to lead and oversee a team of clinical supervisors and licensed professionals. The role lives at the intersection between clinical performance and business objectives. Specifically, you must be an expert in your field and an outstanding communicator who is quick and thoughtful in resolving complex issues and conflicts. You will be tasked with managing licensed professionals to ensure they provide quality supervision, guidance, and more in their journey here at RL.

The Senior Manager of Supervision will use digital technology to monitor clinicians’ progress and intervene when necessary to help them get back on track. Ultimately, it is their responsibility to motivate the supervision team to maximize utilization and compliance of the entire clinical team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for clinicians’ overall performance through each stage of employment

Develop and implement performance standards for all licensed clinicians

Hold monthly 1:1s with each supervisor working through goals and objectives

Respond to Zendesk/Slack/Email for supervisor questions and concerns

Run and innovate monthly supervisor meeting Interview supervisor candidates; participate in hiring/matching process

Create training and train future supervisors

Oversee clinician offboarding process

Hold monthly chart audits with designated clinical management teamOversee “fostering” and pod transfer programs

Develop clinical processes and policies as needed

Report to VP Ops any concerns or issues arising from supervisory pods

Continuously innovate and grow the role to fit the needs of the company

Work closely with HR to improve supervisor engagement and culture

Requirements:

Proficient in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Documents/Sheets/Slides, etc.)

Proven track record of effective communication with various populations/stakeholders

Proven experience successfully leading therapists or other specialized professionals in private or group practice settings

Experience in running large meetings consisting of 50+ professionals

Qualifications:

10+ years clinical experience

5+ years in clinical managementComfortable working at a fast-paced, early-stage startup with an aggressive growth strategy to scale the company

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote working environment

Ability to prioritize corporate objectives while balancing the needs of various stakeholders in the organization

Strong leadership skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively with a range of diverse groups

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information mindfully and effectively

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to alter between detail-oriented and big-picture thinking depending on the task

Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports to inform decision-making and problem-solving

Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly and easily

Strong writing and editorial skills

Compensation & Benefits:

$85k-$110k annually
