As our Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations, you will be tasked with unifying and coordinating demand generation, sales, success and support operations into a high-octane growth machine. You'll work closely with other teams to interpret company objectives, design the one-to-one and one-to-many customer journeys, and implement RevOps infrastructure that brings it all to life
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategies to align the Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams and ensure activities (KPAs) are focused on common revenue goals
Set up and manage the RevOps framework and systems to run and iterate on ABM campaigns
Implement reporting and tracking processes that measure revenue growth realized from customer activation, adoption, and expansion journey initiatives and program iterations
Manage and optimize workflows to automate lead qualification and routing throughout the customer journey
Manage and optimize the technology stack for these teams, ensuring seamless integration and data flow to enhance visibility and decision-making
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all teams, providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive revenue growth
Optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and customer-facing interactions to drive positive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy and consistency, ensuring all teams have access to reliable information for strategic planning and execution
Identify and address operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve overall productivity and customer satisfaction
ABOUT YOU:
You have at least 4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within B2B SaaS with a PLG motion
You have successfully translated strategic initiatives into workflows, automation, and processes, aligning them with company objective and desired outcomes
You have strong proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools, including HubSpot, with hands-on experience in optimizing tech stacks for revenue teams
You have excellent analytical skills, with a keen ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and can foster collaboration across departments
