Senior Manager of Marketing Communications

About The Role
You are a creative and driven PR / Marketer with a proven track record of strategizing, implementing, and reporting on marketing and public relations strategies. You have proven success translating business objectives into public relations brand awareness that results in pipeline and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will work closely with senior business leaders, sales and technical experts to craft public relations strategies for both B2B and internal marketing assets
• Build relationships and nurture relationships with media, analysts, key stakeholders, and thought leaders
• Gather the necessary information from others in creation of marketing & PR programs - both internally (technical leads) and externally (i.e. media, analysts, industry thought leaders, strategic partners)
• Manage relationships with existing third party agencies to build a cohesive strategy with these elements to increase brand awareness and revenue growth across media outlets and social channels
• Plan and execute the global public relations strategy, unique to the overall brand and regional objectives
• Write media pitches, speaking briefs, customer communications, company and partner award submissions, and additional internal and external communications as needed
• Ensure brand integrity through all communications and materials
• Work with the field marketing/demand generation team to define profile of preferred customer, create personalized content and messaging using variety of vehicles and analyze metrics on success
• Drive analyst relations through thought leader briefing and industry ranking submissions
• Oversee the PR for founder and CEO Robert Herjavec as a thought leader (both within industry and entrepreneurial)
• Manage public relations for the executive team e.g. submissions for thought leader speaking positions at all of the top conferences and related events
• Support internal and external media training for thought leaders
• Manage and or create meaningful data analysis and reporting to identify trends and results
• Campaign Management, Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and pipeline growth, leveraging a mix of digital marketing, events, webinars, and other channels
  
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Marketing / Public Relations experience in either mid-size or large companies
• Strong B2B marketing / Public Relations experience in cybersecurity or software as a service (Saas)
• University or college degree in Marketing / Public Relations related discipline
• Outstanding communication skills - verbal, written, presentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Work calmly under pressure, find solutions to problems in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated self-starter who can multitask, prioritize, and respond to changing work activities on tight deadlines
