This position is responsible for driving forward this global parts and supply chain solutions provider's fast-paced acquisition integration strategy and other critical growth initiatives. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to identifying and prioritizing integration workstreams, managing efficient post-close integration processes, participating in efficient due diligence processes for acquisitions, coordinating cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate acquisitions into the IT, Operations, Finance, and Commercial infrastructure, and advancing other critical growth initiatives at the company level and within the SBU’s.
Geography - This role is ideally located in Los Angeles and will require in office work.
Job Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Program Management:
Oversee and manage gating and governance processes.
Coordinate and plan activities across multiple projects.
Ensure clear visibility and serve as a point of escalation.
Drive the efficient execution of multiple projects concurrently.
Methodology Development & Implementation:
Develop and deploy Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Improve execution consistency, transparency, and speed.
Conduct regular assessments to ensure adherence to methodologies.
Project Resource Management:
Conduct capacity planning for project resources.
Recruit, interview, and oversee performance of project managers.
Facilitate onboarding and mentorship of new team members.
M&A Project Management:
Plan and coordinate integration efforts following mergers or acquisitions.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage invoicing and project-related tools.
Prepare and present reports on project status and outcomes.
Leadership & Strategy Execution:
Provide stable leadership during periods of uncertainty and tight deadlines.
Support the company's acquisition strategy through detailed integration planning.
Share key insights from integrations with the executive team.
Special Operational Projects:
Lead special initiatives such as facility renovations, relocations, and footprint planning.
Qualifications:
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in project/program/integration management and acquisition execution.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MBA or master’s degree preferred.
PMP certification preferred.
Skills:
Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, distributed teams.
Experience developing work plans, project scopes, pricing estimates, and presentations.
Innovative mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks.
Strong decision-making and leadership capabilities.

Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently (60%-80%).
