RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Drive partnership revenue and growth
  • Identify, prioritize and secure partnership opportunities; Establish and maintain regular communication between the brand and partners, while also actively sourcing and negotiating new partnerships
  • Analyze deal terms, model projections, and negotiate contracts and organization of partnerships that are focused on driving revenue and profitability
  • Maintain partnership budget and forecasting
  • Monitor partner deliverables to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines
  • Build marketing communication plans to support maximizing our partners impact to continually drive revenue, brand awareness, and engagement
  • Track and report on KPI and partnership program performance data to prove ROI and performance of each partner and/or activation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute operational and strategic initiatives
  • Support with continual quarterly planning to keep adding value and growth for the program, the ambassadors, and our partners
  • Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes



QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Lives in LA
  • 2+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, media buying, influencer marketing, and/or brand partnerships with data driven acumen(required)
  • Experience in driving revenue growth and profitability partnerships. (ROAS vs Brand Awareness campaigns)
  • Experience identifying and vetting partnerships across Podcasts + YouTube + IG + TikTok platforms preferred
  • Experience underwriting, negotiating, and forecasting deals
  • Established industry relationships
  • Proven track record of exceeding partnership revenue and growth goals
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, Notion
