Position Overview: As the Senior Manager of Global Field Strategy & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adoption and success of Adobe’s products by empowering the Field functions globally. This role will be responsible for developing and driving comprehensive operating strategies, establishing robust engagement models, facilitating the operational cadence, implementing metrics and reporting inspection, activating effective communication channels, encouraging functional role excellence, and orchestrating special programs to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:1.Strategy & Engagement Model:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine functional operating strategies to ensure customer success with Adobe investment.
  • Design and implement engagement models and cross-functional teamwork to ensure a continuous, high-quality experience with Adobe and our products.
  • Continuously assess regional trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to advise strategic decision-making.
  • Drive capacity planning to ensure the organization is aligned to drive engagement model and business priorities.

2. Operational Cadence:

  • Establish and maintain operational cadence to drive accountability, visibility, and execution excellence within field organizations.
  • Define key processes, workflows, and deliverables to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement successful methodologies to enhance operational agility and scalability.

3. Metrics & Reporting:

  • Define relevant performance metrics to track progress, measure success, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Consult on dashboard design and field input tools to ensure functional and Executive access to actionable business metrics and trends.
  • Analyze data insights to find opportunities for optimization, course correction, and resource allocation.

4. Communication:

  • Establish clear and effective communication strategy to facilitate alignment, visibility, and information sharing across all field functions and organizational levels.
  • Drive the cadence of execution to articulate strategic priorities, enablement, and methodology sharing.

5. Team & People:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Strategy and Operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities for growth and career progression.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, goal setting, and coaching sessions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and individual career aspirations.

6. Special Programs:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of special programs and initiatives aimed at driving innovation, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key collaborators to identify strategic priorities, resource requirements, and success criteria for special programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, iterate on strategies as needed, and communicate results to relevant collaborators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting roles, with a proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams and driving business results.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with collaborators at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, empower, and develop hard-working teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, process improvement frameworks, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in the SAAS industry or technology sector is highly desirable.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,500 -- $231,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
