What You Will Do
Lead the data collection and the analysis of Factory HFM/Cost per Hour/Factory Productivity.
Manage the data collection and analysis for cost reduction data.
Lead the consolidation and analysis of capital expenditures.
Supports the annual strategic financial planning process and deliverables.
Partners with and supports functional business leaders to support various projects.
Provide guidance on footprint business cases.

Identify opportunities for cost savings, analyzing data to pinpoint inefficiencies, and recommending strategic actions to improve cost effectiveness.

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with data tools such as HFM, OneStream, Qlik.
Experience with analyzing and presenting data to executive leadership.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles* will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
