Senior Manager, Demand Chain Strategy

The Demand Chain Strategy Sr. Manager will work to define the Demand Chain strategy to support 7-Eleven stores to efficiently and effectively deliver product from supplier to the end customer. The primary focus areas will be defining optimal distribution models, developing partner negotiation strategy and driving analysis to aid in negotiations.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Analyze current product path and supply chain channels to understand and create baselines for aggregate cost, cost per unit, fixed/variable costs and service levels

· Create complex analytical models assessing multivariable scenarios to understand enterprise impact of potential network variations and changes of product path to store

· Make recommendations (written and verbal) to Sr. Leadership based on analytical modeling output to maximize customer experience, drive company goals and cost effectively support the enterprise.

· Define KPIs to drive service partner accountability, creating reporting to drive collaborative and measurable plans for continuous improvement

· Lead team to develop plans and drive RFPs (Request for Proposals), creating evaluation methodology, templates and response criteria; compile and analyze responses.

· Summarize and report RFP results along with recommended path forward.

· Develop negotiation strategies with key partners to support Demand Chain strategy and future network roadmap

· Drive analysis prior to and during negotiations to ensure all needs of the 7-Eleven business are met

· Engage in negotiations with service partners

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand individual and organizational priorities related to Supply Chain strategy and partner contracts
