Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  3. Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to add value through our products and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Advocate for clients internally, championing their needs and priorities to ensure a positive customer experience.
  7. Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive measures to address any issues or risks.
  8. Drive product adoption and usage among clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
  9. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive offerings to effectively position Advantage Club's solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
  3. Strong understanding of the IT industry, particularly within the HR domain.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for client growth and expansion.
  6. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  7. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
  8. Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other customer success tools.
  9. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
  10. Passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
