Senior Manager Corporate Finance

LHH has partnered with a dynamic and forward-thinking company located in Mercer County, NJ, seeking a highly motivated and progressive Senior Finance Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in owning the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and driving financial performance for the manufacturing and inventory-based operations. Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the P&L statement, monitoring revenue, costs, and expenses.
• Develop financial forecasts and budgetary plans to support the company's growth objectives.
• Lead the global consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results for multiple entities.
• Implement best practices for financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting the business.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• Understand and analyze manufacturing costs, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize inventory levels and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Extensive experience in global consolidation for multiple entities.
• Previous experience working in manufacturing and inventory-based companies is essential.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Compensation:

$165,000-$180,000
