What You'll Do
Lead Contract Negotiations: Drive the negotiation process, focusing on renewals and securing favorable terms for our clients.
Ensure Legal Compliance: Partner with legal counsel to guarantee that all contracts adhere to legal standards and regulations.
Standardize Processes: Develop and implement templates and checklists to streamline the contracting process.
Develop Pricing Strategies: Formulate competitive pricing models based on comprehensive market analysis, cost evaluations, and competitive insights.
Create Commercial Offerings: Innovate new commercial offerings by leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
Track Contract Management: Implement tracking systems to monitor contract performance and ensure all obligations are met.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with various departments to align contractual and commercial efforts, enhancing overall business growth and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law; a Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: 4-5 years in a SaaS environment with proven expertise in contract negotiation and deal-making.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and leading complex projects.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop competitive pricing models and market strategies.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS legal terms such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
