We're looking for a talented Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of mobility. In this role, you'll lead a team of high-performing professionals, develop strategic plans to exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the overall growth of the department.
What You'll Do
Guide and empower a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding results.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support a dynamic and growing mobility service environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Analyze data and translate customer needs into actionable business strategies.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team.
Who You Are
A seasoned professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's degree + 6 years).
Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
A strong analytical mind and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
A passion for the mobility industry and a desire to make a significant impact.
