JOB DETAILS:Shifts Available: Days- 8 hours. 40 hours/week; 8 – 5 PST; Monday - FridayWork Location: RemoteDuties and Responsibilities: Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments for key stakeholder groups to drive development of data-driven change strategies.Develop and manage the execution of fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans to accelerate ROI of initiatives; collaborate across program and technical teams to remain integrated with broader program plans. Develop and manage execution of leadership alignment plans to drive buy-in with changes.Work closely with subject matter experts and leadership to develop and drive consistent key program messaging and content.Plan, develop, and work with leadership and change networks to deliver communications and creative engagement activities, driving understanding about transformational changes.Requirements:Education QualificationsBachelors Degree in related fieldExperience5- 10 years experience in similar field Benefits:Health/Dental/Vision InsuranceSick Time Off
