Senior Manager, Card Administrator

Our client is an entertainment company. They are looking for a Senior Manager, Card Administrator to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the VP to interpret robust analytical solutions
  • Support daily administration and management of the global card programs
  • Manage monthly corporate card statement and payment requests
  • Enhance processes with automations and standardization
  • Handle monthly reconciliation of payments against submitted expenses
  • Oversee relevant accounting information in SAP

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working within a Global Shared Services Center environment
  • Experience with card program administration, system administration, and customer service support preferred
  • Experience with z-options, general ledge integrations, and GRAM preferred
  • Experience with corporate card programs and expense processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Concur
  • Fluent in Spanish required
