$100,000 - $200,000 yearly (commission-based)
Responsibilities
Communicate a comprehensive understanding of various loan programs and closing costs to assist prospective buyers in making informed decisions.
Prospect, cultivate, and maintain relationships with potential business referral partners such as realtors, builders, and community members.
Monitor the loan process, ensuring compliance with loan status, terms, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate the accurate and timely preparation of all necessary documents involving borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and other industry professionals.
Manage customer interactions to facilitate smooth transactions, collaborating with realtors, processors, and underwriters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in banking, business, real estate, or a related field.
Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending.
Familiarity with loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, along with proficiency in Office Suite.
Compliance with lending regulations, bank underwriting guidelines, and lending policies.
Active NMLS Mortgage Originator License.
