What You'll Do
Cultivate and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community to foster new business opportunities.
Utilize your marketing prowess to attract and retain clients, effectively communicating loan programs that align with clients' financial goals.
Collaborate with bilingual loan partners to enhance client support and business development efforts.
Ensure smooth transactions by liaising with realtors, processors, and underwriters, overseeing customer interactions from application to closing.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and adhere to company underwriting policies.
