Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Remote Senior Licensed Lending Officer where you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers nationwide achieve their dream of owning a home. You'll be part of our direct sales channel, renowned for its customer-centric approach and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
Receive a steady flow of online customer inquiries daily, ensuring prompt follow-up and personalized service.
Evaluate customer needs and present compelling financial solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
Guide clients through the entire loan process, from application to closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
Educate customers on managing their mortgage and financial obligations effectively.
Requirements
At least 2 years of recent mortgage origination experience in a similar customer-focused environment.
Active NMLS SAFE Act compliance with 5 or more state licenses.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
