One of Massachusetts leading financial firms are looking to bring on board a Senior IT Support Manager to join, and lead their growing support function.
The role provides you with the perfect opportunity to work for an organization who are constantly giving back to the community through volunteering and philanthropic effort.
You will take the lead of the company’s support function, managing a team of 5 driven, high skilled and ambitious engineers, providing a high level of support to their end-users. You will be responsible for their career development and progression, whilst also acting as an escalated technical resource.
Key requirements for the role:
Previous Support Management Experience
Windows Server, AD, Office365
Networking
Strong Communication Skills
Financial/Regulated Environment Experience (desired, not essential)
