Senior IT Service Delivery Manager

The Position

The Senior IT Delivery Service Manager is part of the Engineering Science and Technology team and our mission is to build, maintain, and enhance business partnerships by providing innovative and reliable Information Technology products and services to enable reliable Drug Substance Manufacturing.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior IT Delivery Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing system and service escalations. You will play a critical role in coordinating and providing technical leadership to all stakeholders, ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems, applications, and specialty devices. Additionally, you will:

• Have full ownership and accountability for the successful delivery, governance, and performance of IT applications and services
• Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for operational service issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution with the business
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance team output and elevate the overall service experience, striving for excellence in service delivery
• Collaborate closely with the Managed Service Provider, Product Managers, IT colleagues, and process automation experts to ensure controlled and agile delivery of releases and changes
• Lead and oversee the operations of services and products, ensuring they meet the required service levels in terms of productivity, quality, output, and cost
• Act as a squad lead, providing leadership and guidance to the team
  
  

Who You Are:

• You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field AND at least 12 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management providing mission-critical services for a global organization
• You possess business domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas: pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, engineering, product and supply chain
• You possess manufacturing experience to build System Owner skills to keep manufacturing systems aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• You have proficiency in Computer Systems Validation (CSV)
• You have experience working with systems used in cGMP Manufacturing and Quality labs
• You are proficient with SQL and Python
• You have the ability to participate in virtual meetings outside of normal hours and to respond to escalations in the event of major incidents
  
  

Preferred:

• You possess experience working with OSI PI Data Historian, PI-AF, Event Frames, PI Vision
• You have experience with systems that support quality labs processes, analytical technologies, PAT applications, including SynTQ, LabX, Smart Line Data, In line- At line Analytics, etc.
• Certification in ITIL V3/V4
• Experience with audits and awareness of regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, FDA CFR Part 11
  
  

Note: The Roche site at Vacaville is in an agreement to divest. This position could be transferred to the acquiring company.

This is an onsite position.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Vacaville, CA is $131,460 - $242,262.

Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
