Key points:

• Experience with Intapp Walls administration and troubleshooting is a MUST HAVE
• Potential for remote work, but to start, MUST be willing to work hybrid 2-3 days onsite in the downtown office.
• MUST be located in one of the following cities: Chicago, Austin, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Salt Lake City, or Washington. D.C.
• Salary range of $160-200k depending on experience w/ up to 12%+ or more bonus.
• This role requires on call one week a month 24/7 and maintenance windows every other Saturday as well.

Senior Intapp Application Engineer responsible for designing, supporting, and maintaining Firm's Intapp Walls, Open Intake, Conflicts, and Terms platforms. Utilizes technical expertise to oversee design, development, configuration, and testing. Provides deep understanding of Intapp products, integrating them internally and externally. Requires 10+ years experience.

Day-to-Day:

• Provide Level 3 support for Intapp products and other Firm applications.
• Evaluate and implement third-party cloud solutions.
• Gather requirements, design, develop, and implement solutions.
• Integrate data sources across platforms.
• Maintain documentation and manage vendor relationships.
• Serve as technical SME for Intapp and other applications.
• Implement and enforce risk and security policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance.
• Collaborate across departments.
• Utilize SQL for data analysis.
• Adhere to IT standards and processes.
• Provide 24x7 operational support.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years application support/configuration
• 3+ years on Intapp (Walls, Open Intake, Conflicts, and Terms) application. Open to someone with Walls only experience.
• Support/configuration in a large, global professional services firm.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally Azure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL.
• Ability to train and guide junior developers.
• Proficiency in Intapp products, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, Reporting Services, Active Directory, and IIS.
