Role Overview

We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for coaching and fostering leadership skills in public sector managers through our Organizational Network Analysis & Leadership Development Program.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive Organizational Network Analyses (ONA) to inform tailored cultural change training, emphasizing interpersonal skills, effective team building, and nurturing positive team culture.

Utilize advanced statistical analysis techniques, including machine learning, to interpret ONA data effectively.

Develop and facilitate leadership programs, both in-person and remotely, with a focus on public sector management.

Design and deliver engaging learning experiences utilizing tools such as Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas) and adult learning methodologies.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training materials, including case studies and simulations.

Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for end-to-end program management and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

Stay updated on current IT technologies, certifications, and industry trends.

Develop curriculum based on real-world experience and certification objectives.

Create instructional videos and interactive learning experiences.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content relevance and quality.

Provide constructive peer reviews of colleagues' content.

Serve as a brand ambassador for our organization.

Participate in recruitment campaigns.

Skills/Competencies/Education

Education: A graduate degree in education, adult learning, organizational psychology, leadership, or related field.

Skills/Experience

Preferred Skills

Job Type: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 4 - 16 per week

Schedule: Flexible, including weekends as needed
