About the Position:The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for our clients while also being able to design and develop interactive eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline.

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit course content, including text, graphics, audio, video, and animation
  • Develop course assets, course assessments, and quizzes to measure learning outcomes
  • Develop and maintain course templates and style guides
  • Utilize creativity to produce course content, course themes, and course color schemes
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, the instructional design team, and other stakeholders to verify training needs, design content, storyboard materials, and develop courses
  • Maintain and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster growth of Instructional Design team through relationships and project deliverables
  • Troubleshoot and debug course issuesand ensure courses are compliant with accessibility standards
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects while prioritizing certain projects according to needs and deadlines
  • Administers Learning Management System including content structure and naming conventions and maintains deep knowledge of how it interfaces with authoring tools
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field and one year of experience in education or training plus one additional year of qualifying experience in software applications used for rapid development of training materials and online courses; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in education or training plus one additional year of qualifying experience in software applications used for rapid development of training materials and online courses; or a master's degree in adult education or human resource development plus one additional year of qualifying experience in software applications used for rapid development of training materials and online courses.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with course authoring tools, especially the Articulate 360 Suite
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere
  • Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Special Requirements:

  • Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
