About Us: We are a state-of-the-art industrial laundry facility dedicated to excellence. We are currently seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role offers 40+ hours weekly with potential overtime, including early mornings, early evenings, and Saturdays, ensuring a dynamic work-life balance.
Your Impact: As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be crucial in maintaining our advanced industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, conveyors, boilers, and more.

Preventative Maintenance Expertise: Conduct thorough preventative maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Project Participation: Engage in expansion, renovation, and cost-saving projects, demonstrating technical skills and innovation.
Troubleshooting Champion: Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to OSHA standards and directives, prioritizing a safe work environment for all team members.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree from a technical college, trade school diploma, or 5+ years of experience as a technician in an industrial setting.
Proficiency in reading electrical, pneumatic, steam, and hydraulic schematics.
Advanced experience with PLCs, motors, electrical circuits, pneumatics, compressed air systems, and hydraulic systems.
Expertise in industrial-sized boilers, steam systems, and repairing various pump styles.
Proficiency in operating forklifts and scissor lifts.
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors.
Reliable transportation for on-time reporting, even during adverse weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
High attention to detail and a stable work history.
Benefits
