Your Job Will Be
This Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing new client implementations and existing clients implementing new programs/products. This position leads client calls, produces project schedules, manages issues and risks, organizes tasks and is ultimately responsible for the successful completion of the implementation. You will collaborate across several functions including, but not limited to, Sales, Client Success, Operations, Information Services, and Product.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage the new client implementation experience and all tasks necessary to setting our clients up for success
Manage new product/innovation implementations for existing clients
Fulfill client configuration requests in support of the Client Success team
Lead process improvement initiatives focused on improving our approach to implementation, client operations and project management
Present and contribute ideas to increase efficiencies for client implementations
Manage tasks and updates in SalesForce, Wrike, Trello, as well as other internal Bluebook tools
Work Experience And Background
2+ years in an Implementation role (or similar)
Self-motivated and self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication
Next-level attention to detail
Positive professional interactions across a diverse mix of colleagues
Willingness to adapt to change in a growing company
Curiosity, critical thinking, and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
