Senior Implementation Consultant - Microsoft Business Central

What we need:

Crestwood Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultants are collaborative, highly organized, detailed, and self-learners. They plan and manage all aspects of Business Central Cloud ERP implementations, acting as a key advisor, product advocate, and a project implementation resource.

What you’ll be doing:

KEY ADVISOR:

• Provide ongoing implementation and functional support to Business Central clients.
• Work independently to accomplish implementation tasks and collaborate effectively with implementation team to meet the client’s business needs and expectations.
• Prioritize and plan individual calendar and schedules, coordinating client and Crestwood facing meetings/calls.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION RESOURCE:

• Serve as a Business Central ERP functional consultant and business process analyst for the purpose of solution implementations and issue resolution.
• Implement multiple modules within the current Business Central software solution with a strong working knowledge and experience in the appropriate business modules, this includes:

- Financials, Operations and Distribution are mandatory

- Manufacturing

- Jobs

• Analyzing requirements, designing solutions, creating estimates, and other supporting activities related to implementation pursuits.
• Maintain weekly project documentation and time/expense entries for project management and invoice processing.

PRODUCT ADVOCATE:

• Educating clients, prospects and team members on Business Central capabilities and industry experience.
• Update appropriate Crestwood crew members of system capabilities as they may be pre-released by the software publishers when available.
• Continuously invest time to improve knowledge and professional skills via books, seminars, training sessions, etc. as may be suggested by your manager or as you find on your own.
• Participate in team meetings and lunch and learn sessions by preparing and sharing Business Central product releases and new feature sets, tips and tricks, support and bug resolution, and recent implementation walk throughs.

Your education skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central software experience
• 5+ years software implementation experience in various ERP software solutions
