Job Summary:
OnPay’s Implementation team is responsible for assisting new clients in the transition to our award-winning software. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure clients begin their journey with OnPay on a foundation of precision and accuracy. We fully understand that our client’s success makes us great. Duties/Responsibilities:
Demonstrates expert understanding of payroll procedures and the data involved in onboarding new clients within OnPay
Professionally communicates with clients for the purpose of data gathering and expectation-setting
The first touchpoint in the Implementation process
Utilize available tools and resources for everyday work assignments
Aggregate reports within the client folder while assessing the data for completeness and accuracy
Communicate directly with the client to gather additional information or clarity when required
Escalate client situations to the Onboarding Team as needed
Assign project due dates based on an understanding of estimated work effort, team capacity, and the client’s expected first check date
Communicate expected completion date to clients while ensuring we meet service level agreements
Create and assign schedules/tasks to Implementation Analysts
Responsible for ensuring resources are available for data entry based on alignment of task scheduling, capacity, and due dates
Monitor and ensure high client satisfaction scores
Communicate both internally cross-departmentally and externally
Serve as an ambassador for OnPay by driving client satisfaction through effective communication and impactful engagement

Education and Experience:
Experienced individual contributor
Proven subject matter expert
Proven experience with data aggregation, review, and entry
Computer proficiency
College degree preferred
