About Us

At Nex, we believe in the power of creativity to put smiles on the faces of kids and families all over with our rich and engaging motion-based experiences on Playground. And we believe creativity is equally key to helping transform brands and captivate audiences. We're a dynamic, forward-thinking team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design and delivering exceptional experiences across all channels, just like we’ve done with Playground. If you’re a passionate designer with a knack for storytelling and a love for all things visual, we’d love to meet you.

The Role

As our Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be at the heart of our creative efforts, working closely with our marketing and product teams to craft stunning visuals that resonate with our audience. You’ll be the go-to person for everything design-related, from our website and social media to retail channel materials and product launches.

In addition to crafting design deliverables for Nex marketing channels, you will coordinate with internal and external partners, including creative agencies, to execute marketing projects and campaigns and ensure delivery of all elements of the creative package.

What You'll Do

  • Website, Social and Emails: Bring our digital presence to life with eye-catching designs that engage and delight our users. You’ll create everything from stunning website visuals to social media graphics and email campaigns that stand out in a crowded inbox.
  • Retail Channel Materials: Design impactful retail materials including PDPs (Product Detail Pages), templates and in-store displays. You will also work on digital channels such as Amazon. Your work will help our products shine in the retail environment, making them irresistible to shoppers.
  • Product Launch Visual Assets: Lead the visual strategy for our product launches. You’ll create cohesive and compelling visual assets that tell the story of our products, from initial teasers to full-scale launch campaigns. This includes Nex Playground, but also accessories and other merchandise as we build out the product ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5+ years of design experience, preferably in a similar role within the creative, agency or marketing field. Some experience leading or producing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Skills: Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries. You’re not afraid to take risks and try new things. Set the bar for creative excellence and maintain it consistently.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. You’ll be collaborating closely with various departments, so being a team player is a must.
  • Delivery Management: Manage project workflows, oversee the end-to-end production process of campaigns to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables and coordinate with external vendors where necessary.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly in digital, retail and product launch contexts.

Why Join Us?

  • Impact: Your work will directly influence our brand and how the world sees us.
  • Growth: Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Culture: A supportive and inclusive environment where your ideas matter.
  • Flexibility: We offer flexible working hours and remote work options to fit your lifestyle.
