Responsibilities

**Project Management:**

  • Utilize project planning skills to support clients
  • Manage scale-up trials and provide technical guidance
  • Develop work-plans for projects
  • Formulate finished products meeting client requirements
  • Work on projects for key customers
  • Participate in new concept generation

Innovation & Technology

  • Support C&D and Category Growth Initiatives
  • Demonstrate new technology in projects
  • Understand and execute Innovation processes
  • Incorporate technology in finished products

Customer Intimacy & Technical Partnership

  • Provide technical services to customers
  • Present technical information to customers
  • Develop strong relationships with customers
  • Assist customers with technical questions

Leadership

  • Share knowledge with the team
  • Work effectively within a team
  • Build confidence in colleagues
  • Inspire others to achieve targets

Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in food, ingredient, or flavor industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Up to 30% travel required
  • Must work in lab/pilot plant setting
