Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Title: Sr. Reporting Analyst (Remote on Monday and Friday) Location: Dallas

About the position: We are seeking a Sr. Reporting Analyst who will work directly under the supervision of our CFO. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budget analysis, forecasting, as well as the creation of complex financial models. Job Duties:

1. Develop, maintain, and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
2. Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
3. Support the CFO with special projects and workflow process improvements.
4. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
5. Direct and manage the company's budgeting and financial forecasting.
6. Support month-end and year-end close process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
3. At least 5 years of solid experience in reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis.
4. Advanced skills in MS Excel and proficiency in using complex financial software. Knowledge of Sage Intacct software is a big plus.
5. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
7. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
