Do you get excited to diagnose requests for financial information to create and deliver insightful reports for a lasting impact on business decisions?


As a senior financial reporting analyst, you will respond to requests for financial information from business partners. You will quickly identify what information is needed, how it should be presented, and ultimately how to effectively navigate in Oracle reporting system to deliver a perfect report.


In this role, you will immerse yourself in our reporting systems to learn all the methods, data fields, and dashboards that are available to meet internal client needs. Your natural intelligence in analytics, finance, data visualization, reporting, accounting principles, and the KPI’s of each business unit will secure your success. You will also partner with our world-class technology team to define and communicate stakeholders’ needs, assist in managing requests, and facilitate a standardized process for optimal, streamlined reporting.


Internal clients will rely on you for your problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, solution creation, and delivery of the exact report they seek in a prompt manner. You will be appreciated as a trusted adviser for your clients and colleagues as you collaborate with the technology department to take our financial analytic reporting to the next level for business impact. What you need:


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • At least five years’ experience in financial reporting and data visualization required
  • Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or a similar software platform required
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel required
  • Ability to work on-site at Gallup’s Omaha Riverfront campus at least three days per week required
  • Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Gallup offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance options; a 401(k) retirement and savings plan with company matching; and an employee stock ownership program. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $70K to $90K for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors including an individual's education, experience, skills and geographic location. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses.
