The Senior Financial Analyst, FPA Reporting will embrace these efforts in generating useful, concise reporting and analytics to support the line of business in their day to day business decisions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, analyze and solve problems creatively, manage shifting priorities, exercise business judgment soundly, deliver quality/accurate output while operating with a sense of urgency to get things done.


The Sr. Financial Analyst, FPA Reporting will:

  • Provide both routine weekly and monthly reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis that gives our various lines of business visibility into their key expense drivers. Support the line of business in topics ranging from staffing levels, compensation metrics and vendor utilization costs.
  • Partner with our various line of business departments to understand their processes/responsibilities and connect them with reporting that enables them to optimally manage their expenses.
  • Partner with Accounting and Data teams to connect the dots between line of business reporting needs and available data/reports.
  • Collaborate with multiple partners at once to drive projects to completion.
  • Leverage available tools, data and practices to automate reporting processes, enabling increased financial support for our many departments.


To be considered, the successful candidate should have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst – with a mortgage or banking company preferred.
  • Strong reporting skills – preferably with experience in tools such as Tableau, SQL, Essbase, etc.
  • Strong communication skills with a background of front-line partnering with multiple departments.
  • Robust organizational skills – enabling them to juggle a high volume of priorities.
  • Experience in summarizing complex topics into easily digestible views.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
