WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting packages.
  • Building financial models.
  • Compare budget to actuals and provide explanations for variances.
  • Prepare board reporting decks with specific schedules and ad hoc analyses.
  • Report to Finance Manager, work closely with operations team.
  • M&A exposure, consolidate financials for new acquisitions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Nice to have - CPA or MBA.
  • Advanced financial modeling experience.
  • Strong communicator who thrives in fast paced environment and is very analytical.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office
  • Nice to have - NetSuite and/ or BI tools
  • Experience working with private equity backed companies is a plus
