A Manufacturer that is part of an international company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst that is ready to be a Finance Manager. This person will develop ways to view the business to help them make strategic decisions.
This role is for someone that wants an opportunity to both work on the business and in the business. Other than the day-to-day forecasting and budgeting, whomever gets this role will have a chance to have their voice heard.
Responsibilities
Evaluations of monthly financial results and telling the story of business trends and results
Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify which data to work with to ensure efficiency
Generate monthly forecasting
Review of monthly close journal entries
Manage the budgeting process along with analysis of results
Develop KPIs to utilize to achieve optimal results
Compile and analyze data related to business' issues
Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant experiences
3+ years' experience in a related field
Proficient with Excel and modeling
Experience in manufacturing preferred
