They’re looking for someone just like you—a detail-loving, strategy-savvy Senior Financial Analyst—to jump on board with our FP&A Corporate Finance crew. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the CFO on high-priority special projects. This role demands a professional partnership, contributing to strategic initiatives critical to the company’s success. The individual will be a key player in executing these projects, supporting the CFO’s leadership in driving the company’s financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial outcomes, explore variances, and furnish comprehensive variance reports.
- Budgeting: Aid in crafting the annual budget and financial projections, liaising with cross-functional teams for necessary data and assumptions.
- Forecasting: Forge robust financial models to bolster forecasting activities, updating them monthly to reflect real-time results and revised premises.
- Management Reporting: Generate periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually) for executive review, emphasizing significant trends and fiscal indicators, and assembling Board presentations for the CFO.
- Data Storytelling: Decode intricate financial data into lucid, persuasive narratives to guide executive decisions, employing visual aids to elucidate financial concepts for non-expert audiences.
- M&A Adventures: You’ll be in the thick of the action, involved in the company’s growth through acquisitions. It’s like being part of a financial blockbuster!
Compensation:
- $105-$115k + 5% Bonus
What Makes You the Perfect Fit:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a cherry on top if you’ve dabbled in M&A.
- A keen eye for detail and a brain for analytical wizardry.
- Mad skills in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Communication chops that are second to none.
- The ability to turn complex data into insights that spark action.
