Our client, a fast-growing wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate must have experience serving high net worth individuals and a mastery of traditional investment policy planning, asset allocation and portfolio implementation. Above all, the Senior Financial Advisor will be dedicated to developing best-in-class client service. The Firm will support the candidate’s entrepreneurship and facilitate their growth as well as provide access to unique direct investment and co-investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
Provide a high level of individualized, comprehensive services and investment strategies to clients
Demonstrated long-standing client retention and ability to maintain and grow a book of business
Deliver presentations and create proposals to prospective clients
Build brand awareness and market services
Maintain high level of financial and industry knowledge
Utilize established referral network and network with referral sources
Work with home office to allocate and manage clients’ financial interests
Service clients, oversee portfolio management and client retention
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of ten years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory or other financial services with a history of success
CFP or CFA preferred but not required
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team to achieve shared goals
Knowledge of private equity and alternative investments
Experience with asset aggregation technology, such as Addepar
Computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Clean background and credit checks
