As anSenior Financial Advisor, you'll collaborate closely with Partner Teams and fellow Advisors, tackling unique client situations head-on. From investment strategies to retirement planning, education savings to tax and estate planning, your expertise will make a difference. You'll be at the forefront of client meetings, guiding them through financial action plans and ongoing financial reviews. Every interaction will be an opportunity to showcase the 'Why' behind Moneta. Essential Responsibilities
Participate in and/or leadclient meetings including first interviews, confidential fact-finding, financial action plans, implementation meetings, and reviews
Prepare and/or review financial action plans and projections put together by team members
Facilitateservices for client including investment management, retirement planning, education planning, tax and accounting services, insurance planning, banking and cash management, business planning, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies
Developand sourcenew business with prospect and referral pipelines
Keep Partner informed on team and client issues
Contribute to team’s strategic planning discussions and executevision
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members
Assistin interviewing and hiring of team members
Championteam vision and leadby example
Seek opportunities to better Moneta
Travel occasionally to meet with clients and quarterly for team meetings
Commitmentto ongoing education to remain an authority in family CFO matters
, Qualifications
CFP, CPA, J.D. or CFA desired
Series 65 required, or achievement of license required within 60 days of employment
CFP required within 3 years of employment
Five or more years of relevant experience offering holistic financial planning advice
