THE ROLE
As Senior Finance Manager, you will collaborate closely with Finance Directors, Department Heads, and Division Leaders to ensure robust P&L and balance sheet management across global Operations and Product & Tech Divisions, encompassing capex and leases.
Responsibilities
Financial Management: Partner with Division Heads and Finance Directors to oversee global P&L budgets, collaborating cross-regionally for consistency. Develop annual financial plans and ensure accurate monthly accounting and forecasting in compliance with US GAAP.
Strategic Support: Assist Division Heads in strategy development by providing financial insights and performance analysis. Drive continual improvement in processes and cost efficiencies.
Global Finance Oversight: Conduct detailed Balance Sheet reviews, contribute to global audits, and provide ad hoc financial analyses for leadership initiatives.
Team Leadership: Manage a team of Finance Analysts, fostering their professional growth and development.
Ideal Experience & Skills
Experience: Minimum 8 years in finance roles, with CPA or CA certification required. Proficiency in lease and fixed asset accounting is essential.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels. Proven team management capabilities and advanced Excel proficiency are necessary, with SAP experience preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the art or luxury industry is advantageous.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $125,000, with additional discretionary bonuses and a competitive benefits package based on qualifications and experience.
