As a key member of the Management team, the Senior Finance Manager will report to the NA Finance Director and assume a strategic role in the overall management of the business unit. The Senior Finance Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the business unit. This will include direct responsibility for finance, forecasting, strategic planning, and site related accounting functions.
*This position requires to sit in Stratford, Wisconsin (Relocation package will be provided if relocation is needed
Responsibilities
As a true business partner to the Site Director, assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and the business unit’s long-term strategy
Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the Site Director and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations
Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas, and selecting and engaging outside consultants (auditors)
Serve as a member of executive leadership team
Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution
Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports; Monthly profit and loss forecast by division (vs. budget)
Complete analysis of financial results and develop recommendations (strategic and tactical)
Develop and execute analysis of various business initiatives (e.g., opening new operations, asset acquisition, new service launches).
Develop and maintain capital budget
Assist in development of financial planning and analysis exercises/reports
Participate in calls with Division and Corporate Management
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed
Oversee cash, and asset management
Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 8-10 years of experience in financial management within a manufacturing facility with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted direction and planning
Cost accounting experience is highly recommend
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
