DISHER is currently partnering with a world leader in CNC machine manufacturing to fill their Senior Field Service Technician role. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the technical machine product lines and gain hands on experience with installation, mechanical/electrical systems and project completion.

What you will get to do:
Develop a deep understanding of the machine product lines
Gain hands-on technical support experience by troubleshooting a variety of issues
Advance problem-solving experience and mechanical/electrical knowledge by assisting with machines that are malfunctioning
Install and repair components and mechanical/electrical systems associated with machinery
Recommend modifications and improvements to machines, equipment, and processes
Travel to various client sites and collaborate with customers on technical machine issues
What will make you successful:
Demonstrated mechanical and electrical experience
5+ years of experience in troubleshooting, repair and installation of CNC Machines, preferably metal cutting industry
Technical aptitude in mechanical and electrical
Ability to work independently and a hands-on worker that is comfortable being on the shop floor
Strong communication skills and confidence for customer interactions that include demonstrating technical troubleshooting skills

Ability to travel
Must have current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without sponsorship
