Old National Bank is currently looking to fill the role of Facilities Management Manager. The Facilities Management Manager works with the entire Real Estate team to ensure all ONB buildings and properties are maintained at high levels of both appearance and functionality and will report to the Corporate Real Estate Director. The role will manage the Old National facilities team and Old National’s outsourced property management and property construction firm(s). The Facilities Management Manager will also work with entire Facilities team on annual budget planning, property maintenance prioritization, Procurement and Construction and Assets. Work to develop our existing team and new members as it grows.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage outsourced property management firm with all of the Facilities Team.
  • Develop and implement maintenance standards for entire ONB footprint which ensure consistency, quality workmanship, and expense management.
  • Work with Procurement on initiatives to reduce cost, work with Construction and Assets in regard to taking on new assets and disposing of others.
  • Prioritize projects by securing input from Regional Management and Executive Leadership. Develop cost effective and consistent preventative maintenance programs.
  • Manage maintenance emergencies in cooperation with ONB leadership and outsourced property management firm.
  • Be a leader of the facilities team and the real estate department.
  • Assist and support the Corporate Real Estate Director.
  • Lead the Facilities Team.
  • Develop annual budget and plans for preventative maintenance.
  • Be a leader.
  • Drive process improvement.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in corporate facilities management.
  • Experience managing a team and outside vendors
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong public speaking skills to lead team meetings and give presentations to leadership.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a team player attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Self-motivated, team oriented and strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and various industry specific software
  • Must have a vehicle and periodic travel to visit teammates and properties throughout the bank footprint.

  • Maintaining our properties in a professional manner to limit/minimize business and customer interruption.
  • Proactively complete repairs and upgrades to reduce downtime.
  • Develop the talent of the facility team.
  • Stay within budget.
  • Find ways to improve our processes and reduce our costs without sacrificing quality. In short increase the value of our Facilities team.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing vendors.
