Our activations are helping brands exceed their business objectives and we are creating a reputation as a premier experiential partner across both production and execution. A critical priority of our organizational goals is our Production practice and we are looking for a partner to grow this with us.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and manage assigned projects post-kickoff meeting as efficiently as possible while adhering to TH’s policies, procedures and visual guidelines.
Provide solution recommendations that are on strategy, executable within the timeline and budget, and that achieve the best outcome.
Identify opportunities for client savings; allocates time for competitive bids from preferred and new vendors all while managing current workload (production timelines, budgets and schedules)
Work cross-functionally across internal teams including Accounts, Strategy, Client Development, Design, and Operations.
Achieve designated profit margin as outlined upon assignment of a project.
Create and update internal and external production related documents including but not limited to timelines, production budgets, production schedules, ROS, staff manuals, etc. using approved templates as required
Update the production budget in real-time.
Create and submit change order requests
Work alongside an assigned Project/Account Manager contributing to all materials before they are sent out to clients.
Source, manage, and coordinate all 3rd party vendors, bidding out vendor quotes as needed and ultimately foster positive vendor relationships.
Monitor project P+Ls and reconcile them with project budgets in real-time, working to closeout all projects with Operations in a timely manner.
Travel for assigned projects as required.
WHAT YOU HAVE
5+ years of event planning/experiential experience
Self-starter, with strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work well cross-functionally, with attention to detail, synthesizing information and creative feedback from diverse stakeholders
Receptiveness to receiving feedback and thoughtfulness in providing to others
You have a growth mindset, exceptional communication skills, and an innate ability to deal with ambiguity
You dig into problems, learn quickly, and take action
Propensity to think creatively and strategically
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working within Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite, Asana (or related software), and Slack
