About the Role
Rippling’s Performance Management suite enables building high-performing teams powered by employee data. As a Senior Engineering Manager in Talent Products, you will manage multiple impactful product teams including: Review Cycles, 1:1s Tool, Goals, Surveys, and integrating all these products to work better together.
We are nimble and excited by the potential impact of our work. Our products help employees set career goals, exchange feedback, and gain rewards & recognition for their achievements. You will launch new features for our scaled products as well as help build new products to expand the suite.

Our products use a deep understanding of each employee to surface relevant feedback and help synthesize action items for employees, their managers, and the company. In this role, you will play a critical role crafting these experiences and scaling them to millions of people.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership and vision in a widely scoped engineering team.
- Work collaboratively with other cross-functional teams and leaders.
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering leadership to drive said vision.
- Balancing a long-term vision with a high-impact and iterative roadmap.
- Drive company-wide engineering initiatives and process changes.
- Drive the development of the product and platform in a fast-paced environment.
- Coach and mentor engineers at different levels to achieve their career goals.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- 4+ years of engineering management experience
- Expertise in building complex distributed services
- Proven track record of taking initiative and leading projects
- Proficiency in recruiting, organizing, and motivating teams
- You care about product ownership and solving problems for our customers
- You’re passionate about being in a product-focused environment where everyone cares deeply about customer impact.
