Senior Engineering Manager

Job Description

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management,
• At least 4 years of purely development background with a great understanding of Java and Cloud Technology.
• Experience in managing teams and headcount of more than 20+ direct and indirect reports.
• Strong Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience Delivering large, complex, and distributed projects.
• Experience working with distributed teams and managing timelines.
• Know about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
• Strong Client Management.
• Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories, etc.
