What To Expect

This role is managing managers and leading two separate engineering squads, so quite a crucial position in the setup. Leaning into a brand new business unit of theirs, which is their fastest growing area right now. You’ll map out where your teams are headed, help your Engineering Managers and top contributors grow, and make sure everyone has what they need to deliver awesome products on time.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience managing managers before
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Experience leading multiple squads is a big plus
• Knowledge or an interest in cybersecurity and the impact it can have in a business
• Previously built / recruited a team of experienced software engineers, PMs and Designers
