In your role as a Senior Engineer, you will provide project support and strategic vision on various remediation projects/clients and assist with growing Trihydro’s client base. In addition, mentoring young professionals will be a key component of this role.

Position Qualifications:

• Minimum 25 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree Engineering
• Professional Engineer license is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, regulators, coworkers, subcontractors, and other project team members
• Direct industry employment history managing projects, budgets, and preparing cost estimates in the solid waste and remediation fields
• Ability to work independently and contribute meaningfully to an established project team of geologists, engineers, and scientists to meet client deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill commitments on budget/schedule and to do what it takes to meet client service expectations and requirements
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness, as well as a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables
• Initiative and motivation, with an emphasis on client service and cultivating long standing relationships
• Ability and desire to mentor young professional staff
• A clean driving record
