We are looking for an analytical Senior Engagement Manager with experience driving outcomes using owned communications to build and execute our provider engagement platform. You will own the strategy and execution of our email, SMS, and in-app notifications to maximize our provider’s experience from onboarding through long-term engagement with our platform. This person must be an excellent project manager who feels comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver results-oriented marketing programs. You will implement, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns, launch and manage A/B tests, and analyze and synthesize results, ultimately contributing to the success of our rapidly growing provider network.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with our team to develop and refine a consistent voice and experience across our provider facing communication
  • Own email marketing campaigns and user journeys end-to-end, including building them
  • Owning A/B testing roadmap and continually optimizing ongoing communications
  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve our email automations; troubleshooting when necessary
  • Ideate and own email/CRM/text content strategy and development for our rapidly growing network of providers
  • Work with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate CRM data
  • Collaborate across product, growth, marketing, design, operations, and clinical teams to create the most compelling experience for our providers
  • Take ownership of daily, weekly and monthly campaign metrics and partner with marketing analytics to create necessary dashboards to monitor performance insights
  • Your contributions will help transform the provider onboarding experience, create provider loyalty and retention, improve the utilization of our providers’ time and more.


What Success Looks Like In This Role

  • Completing an early audit and evaluation of our existing provider engagement funnel and opportunities
  • Delivering a lifecycle experimentation plan with clear goals around improving provider conversion, activation and evergreen engagement
  • Standing up and leading pilots and experiments to drive improvement across the provider journey and lifecycle.
  • Drive an increase in provider onboarding CVR as well as an increase in early cohort activation and engagement
  • Drive an increase in provider evergreen engagement and retention
  • Support testing and pilots on increasing provider advocacy and community engagement
  • Owning the optimization and evergreen improvement of these engagement programs and be an internal champion of the provider lifecycle


What We Expect From You

  • 5+ years in a similar role (Lifecycle, CRM, Email, Retention)
  • Experience working in a highly cross functional environment managing several different stakeholders
  • Experience in marketplace businesses, ideally on the supply side, is a huge plus
  • Must have experience using CRM tools to build email campaigns and automated campaigns, ideally in Iterable and/or Apero
  • Highly analytical with deep understanding of A/B testing
  • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other marketing ops functions
  • Experience developing email, SMS, and in-app journeys
  • Excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar with laser-focused attention to detail


The target base salary range for this position is $108,700 - $141,350, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
