Sodexo is seeking a Senior Director, Workforce Management Platform & PMO professional to join our North American leadership team.
This role is responsible for the management of all business aspects of the workforce management system (Kronos) operations which includes: collaboration with Human Resources and other key stakeholders, maintain and lead a road map of labor management projects integrated and aligned with our Benefits, Payroll and Human Resources Business partners, to ensure the successful scope, design, build, test, deployment, and adoption of system enhancements.
This position will partner with other platform leaders to align the master data, KPI’s and outcomes that lead to the optimization of labor and the delivery of integrated solutions that reduce manual processes, automate controls and build on best practices in the Workforce Management field.
This is a remote position, and candidates may reside in any state of the U.S. with preference for Eastern/Central time zones.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 10 years management experience
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years related functional experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a Workforce Management Strategy and 3-year Roadmap
- Design, develop and support an end-to-end labor optimization process to drive annual improvements in labor spend
- Successfully manage project teams to successfully implement approved labor projects
- Ensure IT processes and Operational Excellence models are followed by working closely with IT partners to jointly manage projects
- Manage daily operation of the time and attendance system and support configuring new units and new pay rules, sick leave, and vacation plans to ensure compliance with wage and hour law, company policies and contract requirements
- Manage Labor Program Budget and Finances
- Proven track record of working within the Workforce Management field
- Expert skill in project/program management (PMO) implementing transitional systems/processes that directly affect business operations.
- Have a professional demeanor and ability to interact at executive level with persuasiveness and confidence
- Influence and quickly foster rapport, credibility, and trust throughout the organization and to be considered a business partner to cross-functional and operational leaders
- Work collaboratively across a large matrixed organization to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Ability to facilitate strategy and program meetings/workshops to achieve specific outcomes and drive commitment, advocacy, and delivery of critical projects
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams either directly or through indirect influence
- Agile and flexible in response to new business demands and changes
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft programs (PowerPoint and Excel) and working knowledge of Smartsheet
